Now is the time to get some standard into place with Avery bad kink that will cause headaches forever after. You know, like Arizona always on Mountain Standard Time, or Saudi Arabia on solar time or India's half hour off time zone.

I propose a 24.25 hour Moon Day, offset 17 minutes from UTC
